Me: 183.5, down half a pound since, oh, I dunno... about a month. It's nice to see the scale finally move, and in the right direction too. I think I'm starting to adjust to my new work hours, though the longer weekend is still a challenge. Since my husband is at work when I come home now, I'm finding that I have fewer distractions from working out, and have actually started lifting weights again. I'm not particularly gung-ho about it, but I do feel sore in my torso and arms, so I know I'm doing something!
This past week I ate everything in sight. I thought I had the bingeing under control, but it was back with a vengeance. But I continued to exercise, so the damage wasn't too bad. Official weigh in is 151.6, which is up almost 1 lb from last week. I hope to get back on track this week.
131.5, down a pound from last week, finally, after my plateau. I have stopped tracking my calories in Fitday, for the time being, though I know roughly how many calories everything has so I'm probably eating around 1800 a day. down a pound is good!
I would love to lose 2 or 3 more pounds before my trip to France. I suspect my mom will be a bad influence on me (and I'm actually a little worried she'll be unsupportive/jealous of my weight loss) and that we will eat a lot of pastry and cheese together. We are going out of town this weekend, so that will serve as a good 'tes run' for the trip.
This morning I'm at 278, which is down two pounds from last Friday. It's a surprise that I'm down any, since I officially started exercising this week. My muscles have been sore since Sunday and my weight has been up most of the week. But I'm definitely happy with 278. I'm now into the 270's. Whoohoo!!
Good job everyone!! IMO this is the hardest time of year to lose weight...It's like the old primal instinct to gain weight for hibernation kicks in! Everything seems to taste better, smell better and look better in the fall!
I'm down 3 this week. The only thing good about Aunt Flo is I usually lose an extra pound the week after her visit....
Hey there- I'm a newbie but was very pleased when I weighed myself this morning... since 9/1/08 I lost 12.6lbs. Yay!
I nearly gave my poor sister a heart attack this morning when I told her that I celebrated my weight loss by eating Lucky Charms for breakfast... Sis said: WHAT?? All sugar & no nutritional value... How is that a reward??
Then I told her: JUST KIDDING... I celebrated by walking 1.5 miles at the park after bringing my son to school! Uh-uh... I ain't gonna sabotage this by eating cereal that turns milk green!!

123.5 this morning - down 2.6 from last Friday's official weigh in, but half of that was water from exercising. The better stat is that is down 1.3 from when I officially started 'maintaining' on 9/5.
Well...finally moving in the right direction...at least this week. lol. I am down one pound to 144. I did see 143.8 but not going to really count that. I'm happy with one pound down this week. I really need to get back on the wagon big time though. Maybe, hopefully, next week i'll lose another one. :-)
