I Hi everyone I just started my diet today.So far so good.I've had a bowl of cereal and a banana for breakfast 1 low fat cookie for a snack and 1 can of tuna in water and 1 cup of collard greens for lunch with a piece of bread. plus i'm drinking my
water,which is a hard thing for me to do since i really hate it.well that's how my day has gone so far.thanks for the reply jo and good luck to you to.let me know how your doing.
