I'm in again! I did another 5K on Tuesday, and I managed to drop my time to 46:11, that's a 3-1/2 minute improvement!

I think Jennifer should wear the chicken suit if we DO get 300 entrants...

A little bit of Canadiana for you:
Up here, we call it the May Two-Four weekend...well at least the young ones do, 'cause it's the first weekend for most campgrounds to open, and was traditionally a 'party' weekend....Now, back to our regularly scheduled programme...

Count me in...I think I'll try a walk-jog for part of it again.

I would like to join as well. I usually do 3-4 miles a few days a week anyways, and this way I will be more likely to push myself to go a little faster since it's a group thing.

Doing my 5k's on M/W/F - really pushed myself tonight and came in with a time of 33:04 = 10:39/mile - I'm ecstatic!!! I also ran all but a tenth of a mile - needed a water break! Yahoo Can't wait to get better!!!
