Hey Michele, can you find a way to include the occasional sweet treat into your plan? For me, total denial of chocolate would never work and I'd never be able to stick to it. So I work to find ways to fit important things like chocolate into my diet. A small square of very dark chocolate eaten very slowly, or a low-fat chocolate ice-cream bar. When I eat these things, it isn't a 'cheat', it's part of my plan and I have worked out how to afford the calories.
