I have lost 37 pounds so far. I have been struggling with having a hard time losing this weight. I have been having several acute asthma flare ups due to the weather and my children being sick that I have lost a little more weight, but at what cost? I am grateful for the weight loss but not being able to breathe is not a good thing. Also, the ER Physician has put me on steriods to open up my lungs but the side effects is that it makes you want to eat. I have conteracted that with eating alot of veggies and low carb foods. I am determined not to gain weight while I am getting better.

I lost 5 pounds. It's a good start!

I weigh myself weekly...last week I lost 4 lbs.

8604 + 15 (so far) = 8619

i've lost 30 pounds so far and ive been this diet for 3 months...i havent eaten junk food in 3 months...im doing good so far..lol
