Well...today did not have me meeting my August goals. Looks like only a 3 pound loss for August. Not even a one pound a week loss.
I didn't make my excersize goal either. I had some car issues and membership dues issues that had me missing at least a weeks worth of classes.
Oh well....the good thing about goals are, you can always make new ones.
So...i guess we should start a September goals thread huh???
