Haha, thanks for the encouragement!! I have a few other forums I frequent and lets just say I'm glad I have a lot of downtime at the office! Seems like a great place!

My goal for August...I want to see 157 on the scale on September 1st. That seems reasonable.

Well...today did not have me meeting my August goals. Looks like only a 3 pound loss for August. Not even a one pound a week loss. I didn't make my excersize goal either. I had some car issues and membership dues issues that had me missing at least a weeks worth of classes. Oh well....the good thing about goals are, you can always make new ones.

So...i guess we should start a September goals thread huh???
