Just want to say a public thank you to my sister KRISTIN! (monkeygirl89).

Because of her I have been motivated to go the gym every day this week and eat more healthfully which has resulted in a 7 pound weight loss in one week.

I finally realized that my younger siblings were taking up my poor habits. As the oldest I feel its my responsibility to set an example for them. Having a gym buddy (Kris) is making it all the more easier. I've realized that the reason I failed so many times before is that I didn't have anyone else counting on me but me and I didn't really care that much about me so who gives a crap if i go to the gym or not?

Now, I got Kris counting on me, and that makes me do what I need to do for myself as well. Kinda confusing I know but I just wanted to say:

"THANKS KRIS!!!! LOVE YA"

How wonderful to have someone that close to share this HUGE part of your life with. I think my hubby gets sick of me gloating about how much I've lost and how many cals I ate and so on. He always listens but he's not totally there. Great job on the first loss. Keep it goin!

wow, 7 lbs in one week? thats a lot. Keep up the good work, and do not get discouraged if the weight loss slows down.
