QueenJane and others,
I am glad to see we have such a good group just from day one. I think a daily or weekly check in would be great. I don't know about a name, need to think about that. Also, I am not sure where to post the thread. I was wondering what diet plans or just lifestyle changes everyone was looking to do. I don't really have a clue at this point.
Also, I like to check in frequently and hope many of you do as well. Toodles.

I really have about 70 to lose. I wanna start with 50 and see what I look like then. That would put me at 150. For my height I would like to lose about 20 more after that but I haven't been that low since like 5th grade so who knows.
