SUPPORT! I used to post here....a couple months back but I went haywire. I lost 6 pounds in the 2 weeks (yeah, I really stuck with it huh) I was here but then I gained it back. I luckily stay where I am now and don't go higher but I need to go lower. So, I'm back! And I need your help!
I have started an online food diary that calculate everything for me and I am thinking it will really help. I also started running today. Not a lot but every couple blocks or so I run a while and then go back to my brisk walk.
I am thinking I'll start the Couch to 5K thing on Tuesday. I have no intentions of running everyday....just 3 times a week.
Any good low cal foods or exercise suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
