I'm with one of the posts I read, that I generally ask myself if I'm actually hungry. Sometyimes I just want something to chew on. In that case, I sometimes look for gum, because there's always some SOMEWHERE in my house. I'm also the same as another post I read, in that we don't keep anything terribly bad for me in the house, so I can't exactly have it if it isn't around. We do have 100 calorie packs of hostess cupcakes that are great when I wanna have something sweet without feeling terribly guilty about it!
