I didn't end up going to the supermarket yesterday, so I substituted a few things from yesterday's plan. Luckily I ended up even lower than planned.
S - protein hot cocoa (80 cal)
B - 2 veggie sausages, 2 sweetpotato cakes, tea w/ milk (290 cal)
L - Frozen South Beach Diet Meal (around 300)
S - Protein Oatmeal (110 cal)
D - Broiled pork loin, pink beans, white rice (480 cal)
S - 2 Kashi Oatmeal w/ banana (393 cal)
S - Protein Hot Cocoa (80 cal)
S - 3oz Apple Juice mixed w/ water (44 cal)
green tea w/ 3 tblspoons FF half&half (30 cal)
Unfortunately DH is insisting we change around the whole house in time for some new furniture that's on its way, so no time for exercise yesterday or today. He said I'd get my workout around here! LOL I will resume exercise when I go to the office on Thurs.
