I've been a vegetarian for almost 4 years now, lost about 20-25 pounds, then had gallbladder surgery about 2 years ago, and have been gaining ever since (can't eat lettuce at all anymore, so can't eat salads)...I threw out my scales a few years ago, but am going to measure- I'm in a size 18 now, that is the heaviest I have ever been in my life, except for just after giving birth!
Optimum size I'd like to be again is a 12-14.
I am starting tomorrow on the 12 day plan by John McDougall....is there anyone else doing this?
