I tried this for my vegetarian daughter after reading about it on a veggie site, it has all 10 amino acids (my life's work is getting protein into that girl!) it's high in Omega 3 & 6, high in protein, it' don't get ya high though!!

More amazingly, it's the only milk sub I've ever tried that gets the texture right. Not watery, oily or chalky.

I had it with Trader Joe's frozen berry medley & half a banana in a smoothie, DELICIOUS! 130 calories and 3 grams of fat in a cup and lots of nutrition in it.

I tried the "Living Harvest" brand in "vanilla," will try the others as well.

My ultra-carnivorous husband shocked me this morning by downing a glass of this straight and declaring it "not bad!" RAVE REVIEW FROM HIM ON MILK SUBS. Before I had dealt with soggy cereal bowls in the sink with Rice Dream on them - but this stuff is going over gangbusters!

Hemp seed and all it's many products are truly amazing. I LOVE hemp!

Is it sweetened? If it doesn't taste sweeter than normal milk, I'd like to try it.

i tired the living harvest chocolate hemp milk a few weeks back... MUCH better than rice milk by all counts. plus i got funny looks from my roommates who could not grasp the concept of HEMP milk. good times! =)
