"Official" weigh-in today - 5.45am 12 stone 3, 6.45 am 12 stone 4.

I'll take the 3 please BOB! Soooooo, that's "officially" down 3 lbs!

Aiming for being down to 12 stone 2 next week, that's 1 or 2 lbs depending on how you look at it! Oh and I've got THE BOURNEMOUTH WEEKEND to contend with! Rumour has it that there's kebabs and pizza involved I'm thinking chicken shish and a salad at the pizza place

Stayed the same this week. *sigh*

It's flippin' hard now.

I did 40 minutes at the gym this morning, I could've done a lot more but my friend had enough so wanted to go.
Might go again in the morning.

Last week gained 1lb this week gained 2lbs!

I am so annoyed with myself as I know I haven't been sticking to the diet. Am back on it with a vengence now and hopefully I will get back on track. I had a really good talk with my leader last night and we talked about everything. I'm on holidays for the next two weeks but hopefully I will still get a loss when I return. I've aimed for 3lbs.

I am ready to smack myself silly! I was hoping to lose a good deal before I see my friends from Canada in AUgust - ok I have a few weeks to go but not the way I am going about it! I have bought some spuds and (bleh!) cottage cheese for lunch but have already eating a dipped flake and a caramel galaxy. Did not hit the sides!!! Will I ever learn?

I am being weighed tonight and always do bad things on the day!

New to this but weighed this morning and was 1lb lighter so have managed to lose a pound a week in July. Bad day today though - just can't stop scoffing, went to the MIL's and raided her treat draw (4 biccies, packet of crisps, 2 smartie mini cakes) then came home and had harvest crunch covered in creme fraiche. (But mine wasn't lower fat!) I am BAAAAD!, must get back on the motivational ladder.
Well done everyone, keep going
love Rach xx
