Default Confession is good for the soul

or so they say .....

So I'm confessing .... I went to a work conference yesterday, it was bacon rolls on arrival so I had 1 and then at break they had these bowls of mini Toffee Crisps mmmmmm so I had 1 and then 2 and before I knew if I'd eaten 6 of them mmmmmm tasty, then I polished of Haddock and Chips at lunch time, 2 hours later tea break came .... mini Toffee Crisps again, just 2 this time mmmmmm tasty.

I love mini Toffee Crisps and I would also like to confess the Conference was the most tedious thing I've ever sat through, but the Toffee Crisps were nice.

Confesssion over!

Anyone else want to confess anything?

Yesterday as I was checking out at the grocery store, I reached in my purse for my wallet and found a cucumber! It did not look right!

I had steak and ale pie and chips last night and 4 pints of beer (but I did do an extra long long workout earlier on in the day to offset some of the damage )

LOL I don't even know what a toffee crisp is but that's okay I don't NEED one for sure!! I love toffee... I am having an English Toffee mocha coffee this morning (the mocha though is from dark chocolate powder I brew in with the grounds so no sugar and fat in it).

Fortunately I don't have anything to "confess" to... I sure hope I can keep it that way after my cruise coming up next month LOL

Not much to confess here either, which is almost unheard of for me on a Monday morning!

I did eat a couple of pieces of clotted cream fudge yesterday though

Ooohhh! I could just murder a toffee crisp or 4 now........
I've been doing well on cambridge, 16lbs gone in just over 2 weeks. But it is hard at times. Like today, I am SO hungry.
I've decided that I am having a break from it on Saturday as I ma going out for a meal and want to have what I want. I think it is justified!

I remember years ago when I worked in a department store. They had loads of selection packs over from Christmas and I had the job of taking all the sweets (including toffee crisp) out of the packs and seeling them individually!

I often bought some myself. Love em!

Ok if confession is good for the soul - I have had 3 Cadbury mini cakes to day. They seem very light but I bet they are full of calories. It has been one of those days at work and I am going to have to come in tomorrow and prob Monday as well so have bought a big bar of choc with 'crunchie' in it. I know I shouldn't due to weight and dentistry but too bad. Better than killing someone I think.

Personally I prefer a third option.
