i had quarter of a pizza last night and 5crab stix 15 cal each i feel dirty so im not going to weigh myself today and iv cut my calories to 1000 for a week i hope then i will go up 100 a week untill im at 1600 then go down 100 a week iv heard this fools your body into losing weight
im such a weak failure goddddd!!

i was wondering for example if i eat 10 bags of crisps at 100cal each
or 20pieces of fruit at 50cal each will the weight loss be any different?
i know which is healthier but will the rate of loss be about the same no matter where the calories come from???

Neither would give you the nutrition you need, if you're going to cut your calories so drastically you really need to make sure you're getting a balance of food groups.

Trysohard you have no need to feel dirty! You are not a failure either. Eating 10 packs of crisps won't help you in the long run believe me I have done it. You need to eat things that fill you up, some supermarkets have low GI marked on their products they will help you feel fuller for longer.

It should'nt make any difference a 1000 cals is a 1000 cals even if it comes from cardboard I think you might have the runs though if you have 20 pcs of fruit you've done great I had half a pizza last night and another half at lunchtime and I don't feel bad a all so STOP being so hard on yourself
