No I don't do diet pills. I think they are a waste of money.

Never heard of 'em and agree with Veggie - diet pills fall under the heading 'fad' to me, and I wouldn't touch 'em with a bargepole.

I've never done any pills (and the happiest milestone I passed recently is that I'm no longer eligible to do the Boots weight loss scheme that involves pills as my BMI is too low for it )

Lightbulb

I've read that the only way a pill can actually work is if you start to do excercise, get used to EVERYDAY excercise and then use the pills just for "tone" or lost the final few pounds. If you are not in that level yet, pills are useless.

Why does the Boots scheme involve pills? Apart from they obvious that they sell them I think I have answered my own question there.
