All was going well until my hubby said,"What sort of meat is this?".
Then my youngest decided he was full, and did'nt eat any more. The rest is still in the pan on the hob, because the eldest came in late, and must have been warned.

I have sort of kept to the food diet all weekend, but have not counted any syns in the beer and wine, just as an experiment to see what I can get away with. I,ll let you know how much I,ve put on on Friday.

I've lost the plot today.
I've had the usual weetabix, and cousous with roasted veg. Then I went shopping with kids and have munched a pack of mini digestives, and a pain au chocolat and choclate covered biscuit as well.
Its my weigh day tomorrow too. I,m hoping for a nice sunny day so we can go to the beach, and I can take it as a holiday instead.
I forgot to mention the banana and yoghurt I had for a snack while still trying to be good.
Never mind hubby's home soon and it'll be time for tea.

Talking

Today I made porridge for breakfast using whole grain rolled oats (about 40g) (wasn't too bad, just had half a cup of milk on it, no sweetner - it was hot and filling and did the job)

Then I got to work (slouched in around 9), and had a cup of earl grey tea.
And a banana

Now having some low fat/low flavour tomato soup (WW brand)
And an egg sandwich on multigrain bread
And a 1 pt yoghurt

Later, I PLAN to have

a mandarin

then the gym
Then dinner of a steak (woo!!), some steamed broccolli, cauliflower, zucchini and carrots and prolly a spud. With CHEESE.
Then some strawberries.

But here's what's really going to happen.

It's Friday.
I'd like to say that there's no chance I'll be drinking beer OR eating crisps. But I'd be lying.

dinner will be fairly accurate, but there may be cheese involved, with crackers and probably a dirty great big glass of red wine.

*blush*
*begins to chant*
I will resist beer
I will resist cheese
I will resist wine
I will resist crisps

Tonight's snacks are strips of pepper with hummus. Lovely.

I'm feeling virtuous. I resisted the temptation of chocolate all afternoon, telling myself I'd get some on the way home. I went to the shop on the way home, looked at the chocolate, and decided not to bother. Result!

Still, it's mainly because I'm saving my "cheating" for next week when I'm staying with my family.
