Default Has anyone tried Tesco's Ediet?

Hi everyone,

Wondering if someone can help, a friend of mine has recommended Tesco's new ediet regime for shedding some extra holiday weight but I really would like some advice/tips from someone who's tried it first.

It appears to be a kinda create your own personal plan from all the diets out there at the moment.

Is anyone doing it?

Many thanks

it just looks like e diets on line which you can do with our without tescos.....

Online diets just seem like a waste of money to me....
That's only my opinion, and I don't really know anyone who's tried it.

oh I kinda like the idea of having someone work out a diet for me personally with the right plan of action. Maybe it's just the procrastinator in me! I thought it might help motivate me too but I can't find someone who's done it......yet!

just had a look at it and seems like you can tailor it, also give shopping advice not only from Tesco. £2.99 per month - seems reasonable. Anyone signed up yet?
