A playstation 1 though, with no hand controllers....

so that was ok for my dance mat!! I worked up a real good sweat yesterday!! I had the heating on too, which probably did the trick!!

Scales are saying 12st 9lb still, but it might be water retention or pmt or something. Whatever, I can still see my tummy muscles so :P!!

dancemat is wicked unfortunatly I don't have a TV at the moment. It's quite fun to make a fool of yourself on in front of your mate's if they have a go too.

2 mint chocolate thin biscuits

total calories 1200

Exercise: short pilates video free with zest, 1/2 nicki waterman dvd free with Red (I had to switch her off, she was really annoying!!) and 2 dancemat songs!!

Kickboxing last night, was really good class, but I didn't sweat at all like I usually do... maybe I'm getting fitter

ok... lost half a pound and 0.7% body fat this week so that makes me

12st 6 1/2lbs and 25.9% body fat *sigh*

Hmmmm been a bit naughty since then!!

Had pizza with my girlie friend on Fri, then there was chocolate chocolate chocolate cake at work......

Sat was a dinner out in Wigan for my boyf's gran's 90th, then Sun was "all u can eat breakfast" and coach travel and drinkies in the pub for our mate's birthday.

I'm so tired from the last few early mornings that I'll be taking the motorbike in to college rather than the pushbike!! I'm such a slacker!!

Right back on track today, kickboxing the night away!

1 weetabix & few fruit & fibre flakes

Ham & cheese panini (oooer - I think it had mayonaise in too, uck!)

Snack
Apple

Dinner (made by boyf)
3 fish fingers & oven chips.... and he complains I only eat fish fingers!! TSK!!

Calories 670+panini... which could be about 500 so not a bad day all in!

Not feeling too so will maybe join gym on Thurs (I keep saying this.... )
