Hi all, total newbie to weight loss forums. I had my baby 6 months ago, I put on 3 stone
I lost 2 stone already, and I actually want another 2.5 stone off so I'm even lighter than pre-pregnancy. I'm on diet chef so meals sent to my door so calories wise I'm 1200-1400 per day. Now it's time to introduce fitness so I've joined the gym, looking to do 3 classes per week (spin, circuit and insanity) and want to lose at least a stone by Xmas (preferably 1.5) is this realistic?
