If you count Hereford as Wales... I know some people do.

Default Sorry I'm Late!

Hi there fellow Welsh Chick!
I have just rejoined after a long time off! I lost 6 stone in 2012 and inevitably put some ( not all!) back on.
I live just to the West of Swansea....what sort of plan are you doing?
I am doing the 8 mile Memory Walk on 5th October in aid of Alzheimer's....it is a long distance for me as I am so overweight and have chest problems but it's for my Mum who developed dementia at 58.
Would love to know how you are getting on,
I am Donna by the Way!

I'm in Cardiff I need to lose a hefty amount of weight. Whilst pregnant with my first child I gained a HUGE 4 and a half stone .. yikes. I then gained another stone after having her. Didn't lose a single pound until I got pregnant with my second where I was closely monitored and managed to lose a stone during the pregnancy safely But still have another 6 stone to lose to be in the 'healthy' range. However I'd be happy to lose 4 stone for the time being.

I'm no long down by yer, and I couldn't be there now in a minute either. I did however spend a very nice 18months in Bridgend a few 'yurs' back.

Woo fellow welshes! I'm from Pembrokeshire but spend a lot of time in Swansea where I lived for 5 years. I'm working seasonally in France starting at the end of March so for the winter I have been fleeting in between the two!

Joined slimming world last night and am super determined! What is everyone else following?
