Hi there fellow Welsh Chick!
I have just rejoined after a long time off! I lost 6 stone in 2012 and inevitably put some ( not all!) back on.
I live just to the West of Swansea....what sort of plan are you doing?
I am doing the 8 mile Memory Walk on 5th October in aid of Alzheimer's....it is a long distance for me as I am so overweight and have chest problems but it's for my Mum who developed dementia at 58.
Would love to know how you are getting on,

Start to treat my body with respect! That will do me for a while.
Aim for a 3 stone weight loss by Easter 2017
