I LOVE them but I find I eat the whole thing in a day so it's not worth it

Snap - I had Graze boxes for a bit and loved them too but it added up to too many syns/calories for me. Shame!

I use them as a way to practise my food control, and only let ,myself have a box a day. In the beginning it was hard, but now I've got quite good. Get my boxes on Thursdays and haven't had any of this one yet..... was out for tea on Thursday night so didn't let myself come home and snack and then had an off plan splurge day yest, so no way I was adding Graze to the list of overeating.

I'm very happy to still have a full box on a Saturday! Means it'll only be Weds night I'm without a snack, GRIN!
