Default Running challenge for July

Hi

Does anyone want to joing me on a running challenge for July?

I was thinking we could set a goal of cyber running from London to Brighton - a whole 87km for the month of July.

Who is in?

I will keep a weekly total of how far everyone has travelled that week?

xxxxxx

I am most certainly up for that, Beckster.

I'll even convert my minutes to Km

I'll start off on a treadmill then hit my road walking in about 2 weeks.

I promise not to cheat

With this and the Jumpin July we should nail our targets!

plus plus plus = :

Can I run to Brighton too? I'm on the wrong side of the pond, but I have a vivid imagination!

PS - I'll even convert my miles to kilometers, I promise.

Okay...I did another 11km (7 miles) today. My legs feel dead. I'm increasing my mileage right now so I guess that's to be expected. Happy running!
