I'm needing a bit of inspiration- I've been ill for a month now- nothing serious, just a nasty cold that won't go away, but it's leaving me really run down and tired, i have absolutely no energy and have totally lost any enthusiasm for going to the gym. So what i'm looking for is some ideas for energy boosting/cold busting healthy foods! And a kick in the *** to get down the gym!
don't push yourself too hard if you dont feel up for it, but if you do but just need abit of motivation what helps me is trying on a particularly dressy outfit/short skirt and look at myself in the mirror and...that usually does it for me lol imagine how you'll look in those clothes after you've lost a few more pounds. also up the vitamin C and dress warmly for the gym (feeling ill and cold are a killer for my motivation, just makes me wanna stay in bed)
