Because today I bought a size 22 dress which FITS!!!
I haven't been able to buy a size 22 bottom half of anything for years, so I am very happy!

I'm staying on plan today because if I lose just one more pound then that will make it a stone since Christmas, (11 since slimming world) and then I can start worrying about the next few stone instead!
