Hello to you all. I just joined your group and thought I would pop in and say Hi. I am also a new member of tops as I just joined on July 9th. I weigh in on Monday evenings and so far have lost 5 pounds. My mom, my cousin, and two of my aunts all joined at the same time and we all seem to be losing so far. It makes it easier when family members are following the plan too. Nice to be here.
