The TOPS board here isn't terribly active (as you've probably already noticed). I notice a huge correlation between my weight gains and missing meetings. Try to get to them when you can! My group is small enough that on the weeks when it's cancelled due to a holiday or something, we show up and do a quick weigh-in anyway. That's very helpful.
Hope things are going well for you! Have you gotten back on track, and what sort of things worked to get you there?
