Hi everyone,
This is my first post on the TOPS group. I'm a member of a local TOPS chapter and really NEED the support. We had a snow day last week and didn't have a meeting. I was on vacation this week and again no meeting. I have been on a total BINGE. The only thing that I'm proud of myself for avoiding....PEEPS...I have a thing for them...I can't help it. I had to turn my head when I walked by them at WalMart today. It's like they were all looking at me with those beady little PEEP eyes. I hope to wake up tomorrow with renewed strength. I'm going to get back into exercise and eating right. I feel so much better when I do.

Hi Stampah,

The TOPS board here isn't terribly active (as you've probably already noticed). I notice a huge correlation between my weight gains and missing meetings. Try to get to them when you can! My group is small enough that on the weeks when it's cancelled due to a holiday or something, we show up and do a quick weigh-in anyway. That's very helpful.

Hope things are going well for you! Have you gotten back on track, and what sort of things worked to get you there?
