Weigh in at home this morning 204.5 I gained 5 lbs!
I totally screwed up yesterday. I ate almost 2 medium buckets of movie popcorn!! I can't believe I have screwed up so royally!!
OK, I'm through beating up myself for a minute. I just hate it!! I hope this is mostly from the salt intake!!! but I'm going to take it like a big girl and go from here and get back on my diet and not gorge on popcorn again at the movie theater. Shame on me!!! I should have known better!
But I'm back on track and did 40 minutes of exercise this morning and sticking to my points.
I sure wish someone had bopped me upside my head though!!!!
