Default Weight No More 7/1
Wow!! Cannot believe it is July already...time sure flies. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well yesterday, hope you're better today.
DH and I woke up early this morning, so I'm feeling a little grubby. I just threw on the first clothes I could find and have no makeup on and my hair is thrown up......UGH!! Oh well, it's Friday, right?! So far today all I've had is my Kashi Honey Almond Flax bar and water. My sister is bringing her son up to meet everyone at work today so we're going to Subway for lunch - lots of veggies!!

Anyway, I'm off to work....hope to hear from you soon.
