Here at home so I thought I'd post.
Geri--usually people do thing ''fixing to'' do something is funny to hear, if they aren't used to it.
It's like Coke....in the south Coke is universal...it means coke, pepsi, dr. pepper, sprite, it's whatever you drink.
I have cut the boys hair here and there in the past. But all my boys have blonde hair, straigh blonde hair, and so if you make any sort of gauge or mis snip well it shows. LOL (ask me how I know
Leigh--I went to huggies.com and they make them in size 3, 4 and 5 (the overnights) I used them with my oldest because he was such a heavy wetter and would be wet each morning. They are awesome.
http://www.huggies.com/na/products/overnites.asp Yes that is the most I've ever paid for their haircuts. Back in GA we had found an awesome lady and it was $5 a piece, so $ 15 for them all. And my boys have to get cuts every 4-5 weeks or it looks really scraggly...I'm not sure we'll be doing the barber shop everytime...unless Donald works some overtime or nightshifts.
Spryng--I hear you on enjoying sleep before kids I was very much a night owl and would sleep till noon thirty the next day. But God gave me three kiddos that were not the best of sleepers and he's also enabled me to be able to function at capacity on about 4 hrs sleep if necessary. I sometimes miss those late mornings in bed though.
I used to do Denise Austin on lifetime a good bit, I enjoy her too.
Crystal--Have you heard/seen the Zim's Crack cream? They have it at Target and Walmart and it is AWESOME for dry cracked skin A-W-E-S-O-M-E.
http://www.crackcreme.com/ Also Kerasol is good stuff, it's more pricey than the Zim's and I didn't notice a huge difference in results. But it was good too.
http://www.kerasal.com/index_co.asp?siteID=233 It's for feet, but I also use is on my cuticles etc.
My mind is now offically blank...lol. My inlaws come in this weekend for a few days and then next week I have to finalize prep for school to start on the 30th.
We've been watching the Olympics and Nathan can identify a lot of the countries flags it's neat to see your kids learn things like that.
Speaking of Nathan has decided he wants to take gymnastics one day. So yeah, that's $60 a month, and I have three kids so lets see between $180 a month for gymnastics and $36 a month for haircuts we'll be broke.
I took my measurments and lost 5 inches overall last month. 1 from thighs/2 from waist/2 from chest. Not bad considering I only did pilates three full weeks. Last week I mostly walked and only did pilates one or two days. Also my eating was off last week (meaning from Friday through today). I've decided to still watch sugar and carbs but to follow something more like WW or just ''low fat/good sense'' eating. The low carb is awesome for pulling weight off, but when *I* stopped to evulate it, I cannot maintain on that type, nor can I make that a lifestyle. So I'll be doing that starting tomorrow.
And now I have to get off here and get Elijah to bed.
Oh and hubby's name is Donald Eric.
