I finally found a "before" pic -blech! My progress so far . . .
Well, wouldn't you know, I finally found a picture of me "then" (but not at my heaviest).
Now, the first picture was when I was a senior in high school - about 270 I believe. Or maybe more, I know I went to the doctor a few months before this was taken and I was 268 and I was quickly gaining. I really have no idea, probably over 270. The other pictures were taken today. Sorry the 2nd is out of focus. I hope you find them inspiring . . .

wow thats excellent. My friend has a picture of me at 260, I am going to try to get her to scan and send it. This is the most recent picture I have of me on the computer in my avatar. I have some I need to scan, because they are of st pattys day we took a disposible camera because you are insane to take a digital camera to River St ( 2nd largest St pattys day festival in the country)
