Default Everyone Weigh In 11/18/05

The Holiday season is upon us, let's give ourselves something to really celebrate! Everyone is welcome to join this general 3FC weigh in thread. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around!

Me:

202, down 2.5 pounds from last week, down 1.5 pounds from my lowest weight of two weeks ago. I'm still having some serious weight fluctuations on a day to day basis. Up two pounds, down a pound and half, up another pound, down two, all week long. But in the long run, the low numbers are coming around more often than the high ones, and now I'm at an all time low. It's keeping me guessing, but I can live with it!

Note: Next Friday is the day after Thanksgiving. I will be out of town on Thanksgiving, but I hope to be back sometime late Thursday or early Friday. I will post the weigh in thread, but I'm not sure at what time!

I don't know how much I posted last week but I'm down at least 13 and 1/2 pounds since 10/22 .. but of course weight goes up and down day to day and that's why my sig weight is two pounds lighter... *shrugs*

Yay for weight loss !

Hello...I've been lurking forever. After a couple weeks of exercise and eating right, I decided to come out and join in. I finally have the confidence that I am able to be successful at this. 210/206/160

This morning the scale read 153.
I'm always skeptical at first. But I probably am 153. I'm just in denial.
So I'm down a pound from last week at 154.

I'm down another 1.5 pounds this week to 170.0! I'm super excited about that because I spent 4 days on vacation at Disneyland this week and still managed a loss. I even worked out in the hotel gym every morning (I was the ONLY one there! )

Huge congrats to everyone their losses - and the maintains, penpal! This is a tough time of year to lose but y'all are making it happen. Lets all hang in there for next week.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Cheers!

Grr why did the weigh-in have to be yesterday.. haha.. last week was 159.6 on the same day because of something I had to do for my health and this week yesterday was 158 because I had my period..

So 1.6 pound loss then..

May you all be very blessed.. you're doing soooooo well..!!

Ya, there have been several times when I was doing well throughout the week, only to have Friday come along and have the scale jump with what I *know* has to be water weight... so for the whole entire next week, my weight is inflated because of this.

It can be aggravating. I just tell myself that the water weight will come off sooner or later, and when it does, I'll have a really good weigh in to compensate. For me, this is all about the long run after all.

Hi there. I'm new to this thread but I like the idea of "weighing in." I weighed in today and I am down 4.6 pounds to 199. I am finally in one-derland. It is great motivation heading into Thanksgiving to keep my diet pretty clean. It's really nice to read all of your positive and supportive posts.

For me, doing the weekly weigh ins keeps it "official". Even if I have a bad week, or month, or whatever, I am still being concious of it and not in denial like I used to be.

Thanks to all of you for helping me stay on track!
