ok, so, i've been on the south beach diet about six months, and yesterday, i weighed myself and i was 119 pounds -- that's a pound UNDER my long term goal.
now, i've never ever been at a good weight before, i was even a chubby toddler, so being in the maintence phase is already pretty scary for me. ****, i'm not even sure i'm ready to be in the maintence stage yet. (if i was, why would it be hard to find boots wide enough for my calves???)
but anyway, here are my before/after pix:
