Default Before and after

I always search webs looking for people at my same height, have success weight loss stories and see them in before and after photos. It's very motivating to look at those pictures. I tried not to look at before and after surgery weight loss, it's even make me down (however, I don't against to anyone who really need SWL).

I've tried to get rid my excess fat around belly and on the back, including flappy arms. I still can grab my extra tire around my waist. I need to firm and tone. Weight training is the best way, I think.
Actually, I ashamed my before photos. You know what! At that time, I didn't feel that I was too fat, okay, I thought I was a bit too big. But when I saw this picture, I tried to avoid taking my pictures since then. And the afer picture, seem to be better than I look at the mirror, it's not show all cellulite and stretch mark (result from losing weight). Even I didn't lose weight too fast but I still have all those stretch mark on my buns and thighs.

Thank for your great support, I need place to vent and encourage me to go on this healthy way to weight loss.

Congrats on your weight loss Yui!

I've got stretch marks on my stomach (lower), legs butt and arms. They are so annoying, but they are fading as I lose more weight. I'm toning up, too, and that's helped my SM's.

Default Congrats to Yui!!!!

Speaking of flabby arms, how do you get them toned? I've been using weights for several months, but probably not enough. I've been worried that maybe I lost too much muscle tone there to ever regain a shape to them that isn't flabby (I'm 54).

Cheree -- You can always regain muscle, but you have to work with heavier weights... come join us at Ladies Who Lift, there are several ladies in their 50's there... I am 48...

Default Again, congrats to Yui!!

Thanks Ilene, I'll start reading (maybe even posting in Ladies Who Lift!) Right now, I feel I could flap the fat in the back of my upper arms and fly (yuck).

Thanks for all you support, I'll keep up the good work. Drink plenty of water, til lazy to pee but I got to go anyway. I hope I can get down to 135 before my BD but it could not happen so I should be glad if I can down to 137 at that time.
