Amelie - I'm down to about 144 I think, so down about 3 pounds... I started at around 171 almost a year ago, but have been trying to lose these last 10 since April.
So I'm doing pretty well on Phase 1 except I did some drinking this weekend. All my eating was OP, and I counted the calories when it came to alcohol so I still came in ok calorie wise. I'm down to about 144 maybe a little less, hoping for 142 on Friday which is my last official day on Phase 1. So close to my goal, if I can just hang in there...
How's everyone else doing?
