I'm not sure if any of you remember me - I was doing South Beach last summer.
Since then I've had an eventful year. I left my job and returned to school and am going to start a college degree course in September. I'm also in the process of separating from my husband. It has been a rollercoaster year and of course, I have eaten as my way of dealing with it all! Well long story short, I fell off the Beach and gained an additional 8 pounds over the last 6 months. I'm now at my heaviest ever weight and in that space where I KNOW I have to do something about this weight, but really cannot decide on a diet plan.
I'm very, very strongly leaning towards SBD. I felt great whilst I was on it, it cured my cravings, and I had good losses....
I still often lurk here and love to read how you are all doing.
If I decide to do SBD again, I will be starting P1 on Thursday July 6. Who says a diet has to be started on a Monday
Did anyone else come back to SBD after a long break? If so how did it go? Do you have any advice to give me doing a re-start after so long?
