I just checked my little book of SBD Good fats/good carbs guide and it sais to AVOID!

According to the book ...
Beef fat free hot dogs are good on all phases
beef hot dogs, light, reduced fat, regular, beef and pork, chicken and turkey hot dogs are to be avoided.
Sandwich meats to avoid
beef bolonga, beef n bologna
chicken bolonga
pork bolonga
turkey bolonga
corned beef
pickle and pimiento loaf
beef salami
hard salami
