Default Is sugar-free protein powder legal?
If it is, it could be used in a P1 type of pancake...

What kind of protein powder? I have some from Vitamin World (from the 3 day diet in First Magazine- the fruit flush) that is strawberry soy. it contains beet powder though- would that make it p2??

Yes. Beets are not allowed until Phase II. I use plain whey or soy only - not extra flavours.
