My February goal is 8 pounds... I think I"ll set myself high and that way I'll work that much harder towards achieving that goal... plus if I do 8 in Feb 8 in March and 4 in April then I'll be down to about where I want to be... I think I told everyone but my goal is to be around 140 by April 15th which is 1 year since I quit smoking... 135 may not be realistic for me but I'll keep it in my sights just the same!
I'd love 15, since that would put me at my 20 lbs before my birthday goal, but I'm going to be realistic and say 7 again. Maybe this time I'll make it!
