My goal for the month is 800 minutes. I've never been a big exerciser, but I am trying! I have an exercise bike and some hand weights, and I'm aiming for 20 min/day, hopefully more towards the end of the month.
Minutes so far: 130
Jan 1 - Day Off
Jan 2 - 20 min cardio
Jan 3 - 0 min
Jan 4 - 20 min cardio
Jan 5 - 0 min
Jan 6 - 0 min
Jan 7 - 10 min cardio ... I'm thinking I won't reach my monthly goal, and it's only the 7th!

Jan 14 - 20 min fast walk downtown in heels
Jan 15 - 20 min walk again
Jan 16 - My butt and calves still hurt from hustling in those shoes!! I still managed to force 20 minutes on the bike, and I'm happier for it.
Jan 17 - 20 min on the bike - I still hate exercising.

I've been so bad since Thanksgiving, I feel my pre-sbd body coming back...it's only a matter of time...But I'm not going to let it. I am in control of what I put into my mouth and what I do with my body and that will include exercising and not being such a couch potato!

My goal is ??? hmmm....let's go for 1000 minutes and see if I can get more then that.

Jan 1 - Moving aunt's boxes from house to new storage unit and moving from old storage unit to new storage unit 2 hours.

Jan 4 - lunch walk 1/3 mile 11 min - 30 crunches 2 min

Jan 5 - lunch walk 1/3 mile 10 min - 60 crunches 3 min

Jan 6 - lunch walk 1/4 mile 14 min - evening walk with hubby and sheba 1/3 mile 15 min

Jan 7 - moved furniture for 2 hours

Jan 8 - church cookie duty 2 hours - grocery shopping to start P1 again 2 1/2 hours

Jan 9 - 60 crunches 3 min

Jan 10 - lunch time walk 4/10 mile 13 min - 120 crunches 6 min

Jan 9 - Walked around the mall and used the steps even parked far away from the door about 45 minutes
Jan 10 -Did 20 Minutes on my ab lounge, also walked about a 1/2 mile too about 30 minutes
Jan 11 -Ab Lounge 20 minutes, walked 1hr
Jan 12 -Ab Lounge 20 minutes, walked 30 min
Jan 13 -Was on Vacation but resort had a mini gym so walked on the treadmill for about 30 min
Jan 14 -Was on Vacation but resort had a mini gym so walked on the treadmill for about 30 min
Jan 15 -Was on Vacation but resort had a mini gym so walked on the treadmill for about 30 min
Jan 16 -On our way home no exercise

Jan 23 - 1st workout from The Biggest Loser DVD-3-warmup; 20 low intensity cardio; 10 cool down
Jan 24 - 2nd workout from TBL DVD- 3 min wu; 20 sculpting; 10 min. cool down

January Goal = 200 miles - I DID IT....252 January Miles...13:35 hours biking,
plus 1:30 weight lifting is ~15 hours = 900 minutes
Better go for 1000 in February!
