Well, as of earlier this week, I didn't think I was going to make it, but this morning the scale showed me I made my 5 pounds on the nose! It's amazing what a truckload of water can do for you!!! Whew...

I'll post now because we're going out of town and I won't be by my scale tomorrow. I wanted to lose everything this month but sigh..........My goal was 4 and I lost 4.5! Onward and downward!

I'm on the verge of 2 pounds, but I'm only claiming one for now. The scale just hasn't been consitent. I'm generally weighing 182, but every couple days it shows 181. I'll wait until I get 181 on most days. It's coming!
