I am now at the end of the first week of Phase II of SBD. I've lost about 8 lbs. I'm eating so much healthier and loving it. I'm not craving the chocolate (I'm a chocolate freak too!), and I'm not craving bread or ice cream or pizza! I use the recipies from the SBD book, and they are really good. My whole family likes them. One thing I wondered if anyone else has ever noticed...since week 2 of Phase I, I have noticed that I sleep so much better now! It's been years since I've slept this good, and it's just since the 2nd week of phase II. Has anyone else noticed something like that with dieting. It's wonderful!
