Beachgal, congratulations! It's so nice to be back and see the old regulars and talk with you all. I love seeing how everyone is progressing. It's really motivational.
I have set a pretty high goal for myself, but I think it's possible. I need to get back into the exercise thing though, otherwise it's not going to happen.
Is it kind of sad when you decide you have a month to lose a certain amount of weight because you're going to St. Louis for your best friend's birthday? I mean, I justified losing weight for my wedding (and also justified gaining most of it back after it was over,) but I just don't know if I can justify the weight loss this way. I feel kind of funny about it. I obviously want to reach my goal weight, but apparently not badly enough to stick to eating right without having a "reason."
Anyone else go back and forth like this? First it was the wedding, now it's Molly's birthday, what next?
