Hello to all
I just started phase 1 today after doing WW for over 1 year. I want to lose that extra 15-20 lbs. and thought this was the way to go. I would like to know if pasta sauce *homemade* is allowed. There is no added sugar just spices and tomatoes. I love this over grilled chicken breast but could find no where in the book where it states if this is allowed. Thanks

Tomatoes have Natural sugars so my understanding is that it should be limited. Maybe 1/2 a cup???

In the original book, I believe they were limited but I don't think that is the way it is currently.

Tomatoes aren't limited, so you can have as much as you like.
