Phase 1 question
Hello to all
I just started phase 1 today after doing WW for over 1 year. I want to lose that extra 15-20 lbs. and thought this was the way to go. I would like to know if pasta sauce *homemade* is allowed. There is no added sugar just spices and tomatoes. I love this over grilled chicken breast but could find no where in the book where it states if this is allowed. Thanks
