Hello everyone!
For those who have read my posts in the last fews months, you know my mother has been in and out of hospitals and nursing homes. Today was the day she was suppose to come home. Unfortunately, I recieved a phone call on Weds. afternoon....she did not make it.
As hurt as I am about losing my wonderful mother, I feel defeated. It's so heart breaking to watch someone you love come so close to dying and survive and fight....only to lose yet another battle.
Sharing this with you was not meant to start you day with sorrow and sadness, but to remind you not to take your health for granted. Sure we all want to look good, but we also need to take care of our bodies...afterall it's the only one we have. Take care of yourselves and the ones you love.
Thanks!
I am so very, very sorry to hear such sad news. I know how much it must hurt and wish you some peace and serenity as you go through the next few weeks. Remember to take care of yourself.
Oh, sweetheart... ... I'm so very sorry. I'll be saying prayers for you and your family. Focus on the many good memories you must have of your dear Mom.
Blessings...
Soon...My heart is breaking for you! I cannot even begin to imagine what you must be feeling right now. We are here for you to vent or just talk anytime. This is a place where you can say what you feel and no one will judge you for it! Take care as best you can during this time. Hugs and prayers to you and your family.
Oh, Soon. I'm so very, very, sorry. I know this must be so difficult for you. Wish I could give you this hug in person You and your family will be in my prayers.
Your reminder is so important hon. My 93 year-old Jewish grandmother always says, "If you have your health, you have everything". When I was little, I thought that was silly. The older I get, the more true it becomes.
Please take gentle care of yourself and know that we are here for you, always, okay?
