Default Newbie Looking for Support
Hi everyone! I'm real excited about starting SB. I am on Day 7 and counting down til I can have some whole wheat pasta, brown rice, etc.! I weighed myself 3 days into the diet and was 180 (I had to go and purchase scales). I'm about 5'4, 30 years old, and have 3 kids. I realized that I needed to do something because my weight was really getting out of control. I'm anxious to meet new people and get lots of advice and support!!

Default new and in need of support
Hello to all . Thanks to your forum I started south beach 5days ago. I read all your post during 2 weeks because I live in Spain and I can't get the book. In 5 days I can tell a belly difference "amazing". I know if I have any questions you'all will help a girl far from home.
