HI I am new to the south beach diet. I started on Monday and have lost 4 pounds since then yeah. I am wondering if I am eating enough though. I have tried other diets before and felt like I was starving myself I don't want to feel that way again. I was lurking around on the net and found this site. I decided after 3 days to join to see if it would help me stay motivated and have some support. DH is a good support system but sometimes he just likes to fuss if I even talk about having an oops or something. Anyway from what i have seen so far all of you seem to be very supportive and are going through a lot of the same feelings that I am. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
Hi there, I am a born-again 3 fat chicks user. I first found this site 3 years ago and then stopped coming for the last year... Results regained 30pounds...just lost it again much harder the second or was it the third time around. I am a loyal Weight watcher fan. Enough about me, WELCOME and best of luck to you.
