Wink

Well, possibly I'm the newest here? 1st posting

I have recently had both of my knees replaced, so I feel as if I'm recovering from being disabled. I tend to do things to the extream (including gaining weight while disabled) and overdoing is hindering my recovery. So I'm going to take this slow and easy. 15 min per day would be 330 mins this month. Good news is: Today is done.......WHoo-hoo one success!!

Update: I will add 5 minutes to my time each day as a friend has found me an exercise cycle for FREE. It is being delivered to my house now and starting tomorrow I will be adding 5 minutes a day to my time. 20 minutes a day.

Nov 9- 15 min
Nov 10- 15 min
Nov 11- 20 min
Nov 12- 20 min
Nov 13- 20 min
Nov 14- 20 min
Nov 15- 20 min
Nov 16- 20 min
Nov 17- 20 min
I'm impressed!
Nov 18- 20 min
Nov 19- 20 min
Nov 20- 20 min
Nov 21- 20 min
Nov 22- 20 min plus
Nov 23- 20 min
Nov 24- 20 min
Nov 25- 20 min
Nov 26- 20 min
Nov 27- 20 min
Nov 28- 20 min plus, increasing for the next month
Nov 29- 20 min plus
Nov 30- 20 min

Hey, I did it. You'll never know how much this is for someone who has been physically disabled for a few years. And someone who has also hated to exercise. (as you can tell by the excess weight)

I'm looking forward to the December Exercise Challenge. Thanks for all the support and wonderful posting on this website!!

Welcome. Come over and post on the regular forum, too. Good luck on the exercise. You are wise to start slowly as you are still recovering. Take care.

I'm still learning how to move around in here. Were does everyone get the 'Tickery Factory' stuff?

Try www.tickerfactory.com

It is fairly intuitive on setting up the screen, but when you are ready to transfer to your signature on 3fc, copy and paste the code under BB something. That is the correct code to show up as the ticker.

Well, since I won't be making it to the gym today or tomorrow, I know I've missed my goal for this month (112 minutes short). But next month will be better. I will add the 112 minutes to my goal for next month.

Looking forward to the December challenge.
