Default New to SBD and need some help

What are some good ideas for snacks? So far I really don't have that many, I am going to eat pistachios and roasted nuts but I am not really a nut person *ggl* no pun intended. Ummmm, also, I need to tone up my lower stomach and love handles. Any good exercises or videos for that? I guess you can say I look like I have a spare tire right above my tooshie. I felt really good that I have gotton into a size 12 but then the stomach and love handles disappointed me a lot. Thanks for all the help in advance.

Hummus and veggies is great! Sorry I can't help with the exercise request. Perhaps the other chicks will have suggestions.

You might try pelvic tilts. Lie on your back, draw feet up to where they make an inverted V, then push up, by squeezing your buns and drawing in your ab muscles.

Ham or turkey rollups are great. You can roll them up with cheese and even roll them around a stick of celery if you like that. I'm with Ruth - red pepper and hummus is one of my favorites. There are so many varieties of hummus. I also like to take raw cauliflower and dip it in a mixture of a little horseradish and mayo. I like to have my snacks revolve around vegetables most of the time. I keep nuts at work and home for an emergency but they don't normally satisfy me at the serving size we are allowed so I would rather munch on crispy vegetables!

I have the same problem with my waist. I've started using the ab machines at the gym.
